Return & refund policy

   Due to the nature of research compounds and laboratory products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been processed or delivered.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at pep.tides.offcial@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue so we can review and resolve the issue.

Orders marked as delivered by the shipping carrier are considered successfully fulfilled. pep.tides is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery
