Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. Delivery times may vary depending on carrier delays, holidays, weather conditions, or destination location.

Pep.tides is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier once a package has been dispatched.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. pep.tides is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. 

If a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. pep.tides is not responsible for stolen or lost packages.
